Refund policy

You are entitled to cancel your service order or project engagement or products within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling a service order or project engagement is 30 days from the date of the agreement or the initial payment, whichever is later.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the service order or project, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement may be subject to deduction for services or products already rendered up to the date of cancellation, as determined by the agreement.

1.0 Conditions for Refunds and Service Cancellation:

In order for the services or products to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The services or products were ordered within the last 30 days.

• The project or service has not been fully completed or delivered.

The following services or products are not eligible for a refund or cancellation:

• The supply of services or products made specifically to your requirements or clearly personalized.

• The supply of services/products where, according to their nature, full delivery has been completed and the work cannot be reversed or returned.

• The supply of professional consulting or advisory services that are intangible and, by their nature, not suitable for return once provided.

• The supply of services which, after delivery, are inseparably integrated with other systems or materials.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any service order or project that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

2.0 Service Cancellation and Reimbursement:

You are responsible for any costs incurred by us for services rendered or resources allocated up to the point of cancellation. We recommend informing us immediately upon deciding to cancel. We are unable to issue a full refund without actual receipt of the cancellation notice and a determination of services already provided.
